Primary Purchaser:

Submit Your BCLDB License:
Our registration form has a section for you to upload a copy of your BCLDB license. It must be uploaded concurrently with completing the registration form for the information to be submitted.
Registration Confirmation:
You should receive confirmation of your registration within 2 business days. If you’re waiting longer than this, please email info@stonehousecraftcannabis.com.
Login Credentials:
Once we verify your registration details and add you to our system, you’ll receive your username and password via email. This password is automatically generated, but you can log in and update it anytime. Note: Only one account will be registered per location. If multiple people are responsible for ordering, please share the login details with them.
Ordering:
Sign in to access our BC DIRECT DELIVERY store, log in with your unique username and password via https://stonehousecraftcannabis.com/my-account/. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner of our website. This will take you directly to our Shop page where all our available offerings and formats are displayed.
Product Availability:
If items are listed on our website, they are available for ordering. Any out-of-stock items will be indicated. We produce craft, small-batch cannabis, so occasionally some strains may be unavailable.
New Product Notifications:
We’ll send an email to registered dispensaries when new products become available or when previously out-of-stock items are restocked.
Select Your Items:
Our website functions like any other online retailer. Browse our selection and add desired items to your cart. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon. When ready, click “Check Out” to proceed to payment options.
Payment:
Send your full payment via e-transfer to darren@mediplantresearchgroup.com. Please include your order number in the e-transfer notes to avoid processing delays.
Shipping:
We ship orders from our facility on Vancouver Island via Canada Post. Shipping options and pricing will be provided during checkout.
Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a notification and tracking number via email.
Returns:
If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, please contact info@stonehousecragtcannabis.com with your Order Number, photographic evidence of the issue, and a brief description of your concern.
